We are experiencing a crisis as hundreds of our consumers are not being able to access case management services due to DBH mis-budgeting at the beginning of this year. People who are in need of mental health services are being turned away or severely limited on what they are able to access. These people are looking for help, and instead, they are being turned to the streets of Barracks Row. Please help!
