Join Councilmember Charles Allen for community office hours at the Safeway Starbucks (1100 4th St., SW). I'll be there from 9-10:30 am with my team and hoping to talk with as many Ward 6 neighbors as possible. There's not set schedule, just time I set aside to be sure I can connect directly with constituents.
