This is time that Councilmember Allen sets aside to meet with constituents and hear directly about any issues, concerns, or thoughts from residents. There's no agenda - just a cup of coffee and a few minutes with Councilmember Allen and our team. And while we love to support our small business hosts (and do try the coffee), there's no requirement to make a purchase in order to speak with Councilmember Allen.
