Ward 6 Week: Lemonade for a Cause Lemonade Stand Contest
Join Councilmember Allen and The Hill is Home for "Lemonade for a Cause", the fourth-annual Capitol Hill lemonade stand contest!
Hill families: Set up your decorated stand on Saturday, August 1, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Councilmember Allen will stop by to judge your stand! We'd love if you donated the proceeds to a Ward 6 charity of your choice.
Best stand wins free Nats tickets! RSVP to add your stand to our map (please RSVP with your name, not your child's).
We'll add a map of all our stands here once sign-ups have closed on Friday, July 24 (addresses only).
Ward 6 Week: Cake Party at Hill's Kitchen
This event's a piece of cake. Just sign up to bring a cake of your choosing (bake, buy, or convince a loved one to make one), and sample others' creations with your neighbors, friends, and Sarah and Miles of Hill's Kitchen fame! And don't worry: we'll have plenty of to-go boxes.
