Today, Thursday, January 11, Ward 6 Councilmember Charles Allen will join Restaurant Association of Metropolitan Washington President & CEO Shawn Townsend to officially kick off the region’s Winter Restaurant Week 2024 on the H Street NE corridor in Ward 6.
“With world-class restaurants along the entire corridor, I’m excited that RAMW is kicking off the region’s restaurant winter week right here on H Street NE,” said Councilmember Allen. “H Street NE is a vibrant neighborhood bookended by two Michelin-recognized Bib Gourmand restaurants with interesting and varied businesses on every block. For my money, this corridor has some of the best dining options anywhere in the region. I know my family and neighbors and several local school PTAs are planning to support our local businesses this month.”
There are 15 H Street NE restaurants are participating along the entire corridor, including Cane, Ethiopic, Granville Moore’s, Irregardless, The Little Grand, Maketto, Mozzeria, Paste & Rind, Pow Pow, The Queen Vic, Sospeso, Stable DC, Sticky Fingers Diner, Sticky Rice, and Tiki Garden Thai Street Food, plus many more across Ward 6 and the District.
