Join Councilmember Charles Allen at the Northeast Neighborhood Library on Saturday August 13 at 11 am for Family Story Time! Story time will take place in the library garden, or in the Children's Room on the 2nd floor in case of bad weather. Councilmember Allen will be the guest reader that day.
